Rehoming Requirements

Caesar is looking for a quiet, loving home where he can truly relax and feel safe. His ideal adopter will:

✅ Have experience with Bull Terriers or similar breeds, understanding his calm yet strong-willed nature.

❌ Must be a Child Free home

✅ Be committed to giving him plenty of affection and companionship as he adores human interaction.

✅ Be comfortable handling a strong dog and continuing to build on his already good manners.

✅ Have experience and confidence in dealing with food aggression

❌ Have a cat-free environment, as Caesar is not fond of cats and may lunge if he sees one.

✅ Be prepared to help him feel secure during vet visits, as he wears a muzzle out of caution.

Best Traits

• Super Affectionate: Loves cuddling on the sofa and being close to his people.

• Calm and Gentle: Exceptionally well-behaved around adults and other dogs, with no aggression.

• Great with Dogs: Social and calm even with yappy little dogs and in large groups (EBT club walks with 30+ dogs).

• Playful with Toys: Enjoys a good game of tug but needs heavy-duty toys as he’s a bit of a toy destroyer.

• Laid-Back at Home: Happy to lounge around and relax during the day.

• Great on Walks: Walks well on a lead and enjoys group walks with other Bull Terriers.

• No Food Aggression: He just needs a bit of reassurance before eating.

• Obedient and Well-Mannered: Even without professional training, he listens well and follows the routine.

Considerations

❌ Not Cat Friendly: Caesar will fixate on and sometimes lunge at cats, so a cat-free home is essential.

❌ Vet Sensitivity: Needs his muzzle at the vet, as he gets a bit growly and uneasy.

❌ Food Aggressive: Needs someone who has dealt with and understands this behavious and is prepared to work around and through this

✅ Heavy-Duty Toy Requirement: Caesar loves tug games but can quickly destroy soft toys and beds.

✅ Preference for Calm Settings: Caesar is not keen on loud, rowdy environments or people who are overly boisterous.

✅ Gentle Lead Training: While generally good on walks, continued calm and consistent handling will benefit him.
